What's happening at 2am in the sleepy town of Shimoda on the Izu Peninsula? Yes, that's right, Japanese sumie painting with the blood of mosquitoes that have feasted on us in our sleep. Damn! Michael's bite count = 3, Denise's up to a whopping 22! Note to self: wear if repellent tomorrow while exploring.
