Snow Country
'Twas a rainy day in Santa Barbara ~ at times, VERY rainy. I heard it even hailed.
After running a few errands this morning, Michael and I spent some time in his classroom where Michael worked on his new paintings. When we emerged from the room, we looked up to see an amazing amount of snow, at fairly low levels in the mountains. It was a gorgeous sight ~ and it was oh so cold. It felt like...winter!

The raccoon was this BIG!
Tonight as Dev was leaving to coach his team practice, a raccoon was walking down the stairs. A little while later, the same raccoon was walking across the deck in front of the front door. One more time a bit later, he went down the stairs and meandered down the driveway. This is one busy raccoon!!
